Missions You will be responsible for managing customer relations with the aim of bringing a maximum level of continuous satisfaction to our 3 audiences: buyers / manufacturers / distributors. This will mainly be by telephone (outgoing call campaigns): we are looking for a candidate who is perfectly at ease on this channel (telephone surveys, telephone reminders, order follow-up, etc.). Other channels: you are very comfortable with or have already worked with an omnichannel solution (live chat, tickets/messages, chatbot, etc.) which you will be required to use on a daily basis to interact with our audiences. In the interests of continuous improvement, you may be required to participate in the writing and/or management of procedures or communication media (tutorials, animation, FAQ, etc.) in collaboration with other departments in order to guarantee customer satisfaction. Profile You have significant customer relations experience in complicated, international and ever-changing environments. You have a keen sense of customer relations and pay particular attention to performance (monitoring key customer relations indicators). Lastly, a perfect command of written and oral German and English (spelling, syntax, grammar, etc.) is required for this position. A good level of French comprehension is necessary for a smooth integration into the company (training, internal communication, etc.).
